食物安全誠諾 FSCharter app for iPhone and iPad

FSCharter是食物安全中心推出的應用工具,讓市民隨時隨地搜尋簽署食物安全「誠」諾的店舖資訊。

食物安全「誠」諾由食物安全中心與食物業界共同創建。成立以來,食物安全「誠」諾為業界提供日常運作中合適的措施,以食物安全為核心,向香港市民及各地遊客提供具創意及顧客至上的優質服務。

簽署的承諾人承諾緊貼食物安全的發展及推廣食物業界的正面形象。承諾人會於店舖展示食物安全「誠」諾證書及標貼,讓市民得知其承諾人身份。連續三年簽署食物安全「誠」諾店舖的證書,更會加添獎章。

食物安全中心是香港特別行政區的食物監管機構,負責確保香港出售的食物可供安全食用。

FSCharter is an application tool developed by the Centre for Food Safety to facilitate public searching of the food premises signing up to the Food Safety Charter anytime, anywhere.

Food Safety Charter has been jointly developed by the Centre for Food Safety and the food trade. Since its establishment, Food Safety Charter has been providing facilitation for the food trade to incorporate appropriate measures in the day-to-day practice, so as to provide innovative and client-oriented quality services well-grounded on food safety to Hong Kong citizens and tourists from all over the world.

Signatories commit to keep update on food safety development and promote good image of food trade. Signatories display Charter certificates and sticker at their premises for identity. Award will be granted on the certificate for Signatories signing up to the Charter for three consecutive years.
